The Janes start official team practices tomorrow night at 5pm at Santa Monica HS. Easing back onto the track with some off track workouts for now but getting back into the swing of things to get ready for road racing and some track races. Hope to see all the Janes there.

On Saturday, January 30th from 6-9pm come join Nike and other track and field fans at the Beverly Hills Niketown to party! Nike elite athletes will be in attendance, there will be a DJ spinning the tunes and you can get your gait analyzed. Each guest will get a special gift for attending. A group of five Janes will make their way to Warren High School this upcoming Saturday, January 30th to race in the annual Parlauf Relays. This relay consists of five team members who each run eight by 200 meters in a relay fashion. The Janes look to have some fun with it as a fast workout with some competition against the top high school teams in the area. Most notably returning top team from last year, Redondo Union, led by senior Chloe Curtis who was second in the state meet in the 1600 meters last year (and is also a Baby Jane). The team of Janes will include Tiffany, Adrienne, Cambria, Kirsten and one more Jane we are working on. Come out and cheer us on!
