Project Sole Generation-you can help

The Janes want to let you know about an organization that we support and feel it’s an easy way to change the life of a young man or woman. Redondo XC and Track have created a new way to help those less fortunate. Project Sole Generation is an idea hatched from a conversation between 2008 Redondo Union High School grad and former track and cross country team captain Rachel Baker and head coach Bob Leetch. Please watch this video and donate an old pair of shoes. You may change someone’s life. Check it out here.

Ways you can help:

1. Donate running shoes at Road Runner Sports in Torrance (tell them it’s for Sole Generation) or drop them off at the Redondo Union High School to Coach Bob Leetch (at the track) Mon-Fri, 3-5pm.
2. Purchase jewelry made by indigenous Colombians.
Where: Sea Hawk Bowl, Redondo Union High School, Redondo Beach, Calif.
When: Saturday, February 9th, 10am-2pm
or contact Laurie Baker: (310) 308-1446
3. Make a donation via PayPal here: http://runruhs.com/project-sole-generation/
