Gwendolen Twist

Gwendolen has been running competitively since the age of 12. She fell in love with running at age 9 when she got to be part of the Olympic Torch Relay, where she ran with the Olympic Torch and helped bring it to the Coliseum in Los Angeles for the 1984 Olympic Games. After college, she combined her two passions, filmmaking and running and produced the documentary film Spirit of the Marathon I & II. Now, she is focusing on running and coaching, where she is the Cross Country and Track Coach at a high school in Los Angeles. She is also the proud mom of twin boys.
