Julia Budniak

Julia currently works her third year as a distance coach at CSULA. She pursues her real passion in sports nutrition, finishing her dietetic internship to be a registered dietitian. She also has a passion for public speaking, teaching cooking classes, healthy recipe development, nutrition counseling, kiteboarding, snowboarding and traveling. She also loves trail running, cooking and reading. She made her own documentary about nutrition in an athlete’s life called, “Craving the Ultimate Fuel”.
