The Janes look to try a new cross country race this weekend at the 2011 ASICS/UC Irvine Invitational at UC Irvine on Saturday morning. Cambria Wu, Sarah Montez, Erika Aklufi, Kim Ramirez and Colleen Joyce will be racing in the “B” race at 8:15am on the beautiful UC Irvine athletic fields. They will be racing against collegiate teams such as Central Arizona, Glendale (AZ), Occidental and Cal Baptist as well as the Cal Coast club team and some top unattached individuals.
