Amanda Rondash hopped into a Kona 10k this past weekend while vacationing with her family. Well, she won! She ran a relaxe 6:47 per mile pace over the long 10k (actual 6:46) in a time of 43:45. Frank Shorter happened to be there too and Amanda received her beautiful Hawaiian wooden bowl from him during the awards ceremony (you can see Frank in the background on the stage with the microphone.).
