Ingrid did it again! She ran another sub-3 marathon at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon this past Sunday in near perfect running conditions. Her PR time of 2:54.58 was good for a 73rd overall women’s place and a second place in the masters’ division. Theresa Lowry from San Diego was the first masters running 2:50.02.
The Chicago Marathon 26.2 mile course runs through 29 neighborhoods and hosts 45,000 runners from all 50 states.
Way to go, Ingrid! You make the Janes proud!
