Erika Aklufi, Liliana Hernandez, Cambria Wu, Kim Ramirez and Ingrid Walters ran in the Magic Shoe 5k in Newport Beach this past weekend. This race is part of the Southern California USATF Road Series. Erika was the overall winner running a blazing time of 16:42.91. Liliana (17:35.03), Cambria (17:48.68) and Kim (17:58.87) and Ingrid (19:05.03) followed.
In the team competition, Cal Coast won in a dominating fashion with 4623 points followed by Club Ed with 4250 and then The Janes with 4201 points.
