Barbara Parker competed in the very competitive 3000 steeplechase today up at the University of Oregon’s Hayward Field in the Prefontaine Classic. She finished 6th overall running a time of 9:35.17. At one point, Barbara took the lead in this fine field of steeplechasers to try and take it. Milcah Chemos Chieywa won the race in a time of 9:26.70.
