The second race of the Southern California USATF cross country grand prix series was at Will Rogers State Park this past Sunday. Five Janes went and raced the hilly 4.5 mile course. Tania Fischer was the overall women winner running 26:38. Sarah Montez (27:32), Cambria Wu (27:47) and Erika Aklufi (28:18) were close behind. Amanda Rondash ran sixth in a time of (30:30) after taking over three weeks off of running. The Janes won the team competition and picked up some points for the series. The next race of the series will be at Kenneth Hahn Park this Saturday.
