The Janes raced their way through So Cal this weekend to kick of a new year of racing. In an array of races, the Janes took home multiple wins!
Judy hit the track this weekend, representing the Janes in the 1000m. She came through at 3:19. Nice one Judy!
Three of the Janes traveled down to Huntington Beach for the Surf City Marathon and Half. Ingrid, in the midst of training, cranked out a 2:57 in the full, to take home 3rd place! Sarah and Cristina completed the half in 1:26 and 1:28.
In the Redondo Beach Superbowl events, Janes Kirsteen, Tania, and Cambria took 1, 2, 3 in the 5k. Kirsteen took the win in 18:45! In the 10k, Janes also came in strong with Lidia- 3rd, Gwen- 6th, Daman- 10th, and Mireya- 11th. Congrats to Lidia and Gwen for their PR runs!
Also running in Redondo Sunday was Emily M. She smoked the competition in the Baby Buggy 10k, in 43 min. Over 2 min faster than her closest competitor, she easily took the win!
