The rain couldn’t stop Jocelyne from running a 5-second PR at Occidental College’s Distance Carnival; she and teammate Rachel took on the competitive, full field of 5k racers in their first 5k of the track season. Since it was a PR as well as her first time racing in the rain, it was a memorable run for Jocelyne, and a great display of teamwork as she and Rachel worked together and were only separated by a few seconds at the finish line! Congrats, ladies!
