Up next for the weekend, the NIKE Women’s Marathon and 1/2 Marathon will run through the streets of San Francisco on Sunday, Ocotber 17th. Adrienne Schumm and Emily Mitchell will be running in the 1/2 marathon portion of the race.This scenic and hilly marathon course will start in Union Square, run along the Embarcadero, through Golden Gate Park, along the Great Highway south around Lake Merced and then back north on the Great Highway to finish just west of the Golden Gate Park. The half marathon will be run over a portion of this course.
